I know making gifts for men is so much harder than it is to make a gift for a woman.
MUCH HARDER.
There are the tried and true favorites – coupon books, framed picture, mix cds (do people make those anymore?) and of course cookies and other edibles that guys always love!!
Here are a few do-able manly gifts that may help you think outside the box!

Art – I firmly believe that anyway, seriously anyone can make art!  You don’t even need to be able to draw or paint, sometimes it’s as simple as splattering paint or writing words.  I made a sign with lyrics from our song and it made my husband so happy!

Customized Boxer Shorts – it may not be in your best interest to attempt to sew boxers for your husband, especially if you haven’t sewn much before, they’ll be uncomfortable and he’ll never wear them…. but you could always monogram a pair or add an unexpected message on the fly!   Guaranteed he’ll be thinking about you all day…. or at least when he’s using the restroom.

Soda Can Coasters – Hubby have a favorite soda? Give him something adorable to rest his glass on! Check out the tutorial here!

Pencil Holder – spruce up his office space and leave a little reminders of yourself all at the same time!

Customized Clocks – you can purchase a clock kit at almost any craft store and then go wild with the clock!  Husband like music?  Use a record!  Like biking?  Use a bike wheel!
Or purchase a cheap plastic clock, pop off the cover, and replace the paper on the inside with something your husband likes – his favorite sports team or something that reminds him of his childhood!  I made a clock for my mom once by covering the numbers up with buttons!  See a similar tutorial here.
